Supplier quote comparison
Use three quotes for the same job and GST basis. The same deliverables: models, installation, interfaces, commissioning and handover. A cheaper equipment-only quote does not cover the same work as a finished installation. Add a realistic allowance for exclusions, and keep unquoted costs blank. “Confirmed” means you have checked that quote against your common scope.
